Product Details
The Envision Technology MARS (Miniature Advanced Rangefinder System) is an ultra-compact, weapon-mounted system that combines a laser rangefinder, ballistic solver, and aiming/illumination tools into one lightweight unit (under 8 oz). It uses a Class 1 1550nm laser capable of ranging over 2,000 meters (1,500+ meters on man-sized targets) and features an integrated Applied Ballistics solver that provides real-time elevation and wind corrections based on stored weapon profiles and environmental data. The MARS also includes visible and IR aiming lasers, plus an adjustable IR illuminator for full day/night capability. Multiple ranging modes (Speed, Precision, Scan) and advanced return logic improve accuracy in complex environments, while haptic feedback confirms hits without breaking focus. Additional features include an auto-rotating display, intuitive controls, Bluetooth connectivity (e.g., Kestrel integration), and built-in environmental sensors. Powered by a single CR123A battery with 2,000+ activations, it’s rugged, waterproof, and designed for reliable performance across extreme conditions.Characteristics
