The L3Harris ATPIAL High Power (LA-5B) is a high-output version of the PEQ-15, offering a visible laser, IR laser, and IR illuminator for use with night vision. It features slaved visible and IR lasers for easy daytime zeroing, along with an independently adjustable illuminator that can be aligned and tuned in the field without tools. The illuminator also has a wide-to-narrow beam divergence range, making it highly versatile. The unit includes both low and high power visible laser modes, improving performance in bright conditions and at long distances. Its high output allows extended range use, including signaling and overcoming strong light interference. It mounts to a standard Picatinny rail, maintains a low profile, and uses flush adjustment screws for windage/elevation. Controls include a top-mounted selector dial and fire button, plus a rear battery compartment for easy battery changes without removal.
